Fostering an animal is providing a temporary home until his/her forever home is found. All of our animals are fostered until their permanent adoptions happened; none of our animals are euthanized.
While in foster care most of our animals will experience for their first time the true meaning of a family.
Rescue for Life provides all vet care, food, and toys while in foster care. In exchange, the foster family provides a loving environment for their foster until the animal can be adopted out.
Fostering an animal that is in need is one of the most rewarding experiences. Many of our animals have not experienced having a family to love and therefore while fostering you will often see your animal develop into a confident loving animal.
Fostering is also a great way of teaching children about giving unconditionally.
